OpenUnited reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or revoke access to the Platform for users who violate these Terms.

2. User Accounts and Security

Users are required to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You agree to notify OpenUnited immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. Services Provided

OpenUnited connects skilled contributors with enterprises through a marketplace model, offering challenges and bounties for specific tasks on digital products.

OpenUnited provides a platform for both individual contributors and enterprise clients to engage in collaborative digital product development.

4. Contributions and Bounties

Contributors: By participating in challenges or bounties, you agree to perform tasks to the best of your ability and adhere to any specific requirements outlined.
Bounties and Rewards: Completion of a bounty to OpenUnited's standards and requirements will result in the release of rewards (either points or USD). Failure to meet requirements may result in partial or no reward.
Public Showcase: Contributions may be publicly displayed in a portfolio linked to your profile on OpenUnited. By participating, you consent to have your contributions showcased.

12. Amendments

OpenUnited may amend these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the revised Terms on our website. Continued use of the Platform after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
